X-Fab lays off 65 in UK
Germany-based X-Fab is laying off 65 employees at its facility in Plymouth, UK.
ComponentsX-Fab has decided to stop one of its two main production lines at Plymouth, which is resulting in the loss of 65 staff. The company currently employs 234 staff in Plymouth. The remaining jobs are also at risk next year, as the German company is looking for a buyer of the facility. If a buyer is no found, the facility might be closed down as a consequence by the end of next year.
