SMT & InspectionChris Halliwell, European Sales Manager: "Two of the four machines with secured orders was our Trident automatic de-fluxing system and one machine is now on its way to Italy and another to Turkey. Orders were also secured on two Zero Ion G3 Ionic Contamination (Cleanliness) Tester’s which are on their way to Italy and Switzerland.

The Trident automatic de-fluxing system offers several de-fluxing configurations designed to provide complete compatibility with all de-fluxing requirements. Trident’s de-fluxing process consists of up to five cycles including prewash soak, high-pressure DI water spray, or chemical spray and soak.

The Zero Ion is designed to test electronics assemblies for ionic contamination using the IPC approved R.O.S.E. test method. It automatically removes and detects contamination on an electrical assembly or bare board and provides quantitative contamination measurements.
