Foxconn to sue connector maker Argosy
A DigiTimes report claims that Taiwanese EMS provider Foxconn charges connector maker Argosy with patent infringement.
EMSThe report said that Foxconn accuses Argosy of infringing its Reverse DDR SO-DIMM patent. Foxconn claims its patent rights for Reverse DDR SO-DIMM technology. On the other hand Argosy argues the litigation brought by Foxconn as a business tactic, according to the DigiTimes report.
