Philips forced to reopen French LCD TV plant
Dutch electronics maker Royal Philips Electronics NV has been ordered by a French judge to reopen the LCD TV facility in Dreux, France.
OEMThe factory was closed down earlier this year. The reason for the judge order is according to Business Week, Philips didn’t properly inform unions of the plant closure. The facility in Dreux has 212 employees, according to the Business Week report.
